APPLICATIONS UNDER INVESTIGATION

Vaccinations
Interim analysis of clinical data regarding immunisation against measles, mumps, rubella suggest excellent efficacy (fast sera conversion) and local tolerance. Additional trials e.g. immunisation against Typhoid fever, Tetanus, Varicella and Meningitis are planned.


Allergy Treatment
Presently, pilot trials with specific allergy vaccines are under negotiation with the manufacturers. First case reports concerning efficacy and tolerance are encouraging.


Local Anesthesia
In a initial studies, injection of local anaesthetics for minor surgical and dermatological procedures with Injex system was accomplished with virtually no pain, adequate depth and rapid onset of anaesthesia.
